Sitagliptin Phosphate Tablets
1. Monotherapy
This product is used in combination with diet control and exercise to improve blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
2. In combination with metformin
When glycemic control is poor with metformin hydrochloride alone, it can be used in combination with metformin hydrochloride to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes based on diet and exercise.
3. In combination with sulfonylureas
This product, in combination with diet control and exercise, is intended to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes who have had poor glycemic control after treatment with a sulfonylurea monotherapy or with a sulfonylurea combined with metformin.
4. In combination with insulin
This product is used in combination with diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes who have had poor glycemic control after insulin monotherapy or insulin combined with metformin.
