The 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held from November 5th to 10th at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The Fujian Province delegation, in accordance with the work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, organized and promoted the event meticulously, resulting in fruitful achievements in procurement transactions, supporting activities, and project collaborations.

In this expo, our province organized a total of 3,864 participating units, surpassing the scale of the first expo, with small and medium-sized micro-enterprises accounting for 72.6% of the provincial delegation. According to statistics, the one-year on-site procurement transaction amount in the province reached 5.362 billion US dollars (Xiamen delegation accounted for 2.51 billion US dollars), and the financial credit amount was 54.7 billion yuan to support imports, both exceeding the first CIIE.

The provincial delegation focused on serving people's livelihood through medical equipment and pharmaceutical procurement, achieving a breakthrough with a procurement amount of 730 million US dollars. Sino Universal Pharma participated in the Fujian Provincial Medical Equipment and Healthcare Procurement Matchmaking Meeting. Over 200 participants attended the matchmaking meeting, resulting in the signing of 11 projects in 3 batches, covering various fields including pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, healthcare, and medical devices.

In this CIIE, the Fujian Province delegation achieved fruitful results through precise matchmaking. The signings during this event have injected new momentum into SUP's global pharmaceutical import strategy.
